Warner Robins & Houston County

Water goes where you want it, or it goes where you don't.

F.G Landscaping & Irrigation puts water out to the dry corner through sprinkler zones, and takes it away from the yard that holds it through trenched line and a basin. Same red clay, two directions.

What the record says

Two decades of Warner Robins yards, and the reviews are mostly about turning up.

One customer noticed a zone stuck on at 5:15 in the afternoon, after the crew had finished for the day. Three trucks were on the drive about ten minutes later. Another had a drainage pump put in and it was still running five years on.

Water pulled away

A drainage job, opened up

This is one of ours mid-install in Warner Robins. Everything that decides whether a wet yard stays fixed is in this photograph, and all of it is buried by the time we leave. Take a look at what is actually down there.

What we handle

Everything here is water, ground, or the line between them.

Seven things, and they are not really seven separate trades. Sprinklers put water out. Drainage takes it away. Sod and planting are what goes back on top once the ground underneath is right, and the poured curb is the edge that holds it all in place.

The line we pour

Above this line the work is getting water off your yard. Below it, the work is putting water back exactly where the grass needs it. The concrete curb is where the two meet.

Water pushed out

A dry corner is a symptom, not the fault.

Grass browning in one corner while the rest of the lawn is fine almost never means that head is broken. It usually means the zone has lost pressure somewhere upstream, or it was asked to cover more ground than it was sized for. We find the cause before replacing a part.

This company is great at what they do. I had a good size standing water issue in the back yard. They took the time to dig under ground to create a pump system to release the water in a safe way. The crew put the ground back as professional as possible, I never even had to lay any grass seeds. 5 years later the pump is still going. Great job!

Well these guys hit it OUT OF THE PARK. We got home from work at 5:15 and noticed one of the sprinkler zones on. After 20 minutes of frustration and getting wet in work clothes, we called to get help. We just googled and went for the first name with good reviews. Well this team of guys arrived about 10 minutes later, after they were all closed and done for the day. It was the cavalry arriving, three trucks, and all the help and knowledge we could have asked for! They identified the issue quickly, got the water off and then corrected the cause. They were friendly and professional and courteous and all the things! We couldn't be more thankful for a team to rescue us! Thank you all!!! We will be using again each time there is a maintenance issue or other irrigation problem.

I hired F.G Landscaping to install a drainage system in my son's backyard When it rained the water would wash all the dirt into my neighbor's yard. They came out and did an awesome job. They also laid grass in the entire back yard, it looks amazing.

Before you call

The questions we get asked most.

Often the same day. One customer called about a stuck zone at 5:15 in the afternoon, after the crew had already finished up, and three trucks were on the drive about ten minutes later. Another called on a morning about a system that had quit and had it repaired that same morning. Call (478) 397-0052 and tell us what the system is doing.

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We dig the line underground, set a basin and a pump where the fall will not carry the water on its own, and put the ground back so you are not reseeding afterwards. One of those systems has been running five years. Where run-off is washing soil into a neighbour's yard, the same work is what stops it.

Both. Alongside residential yards we plant and maintain commercial grounds - rock beds, clipped boxwood, loropetalum, crape myrtle and ornamental grasses set against the building.

Yes, by the pallet. It is often the last step on a drainage or regrade job, so the yard goes back down finished rather than left as bare clay for you to seed yourself.

It is concrete poured on site in one continuous run, so a bed edge follows a real curve instead of the joints you get from laying separate blocks. Ours is finished grey with a white diamond inlay. It holds mulch where you put it and gives the mower a clean line to follow.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday mornings 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Closed Sunday. Work is scheduled by appointment and carried out on site.

Call (478) 397-0052 or send the form on the contact page. Irrigation and drainage both depend on what is already in the ground, the fall across the yard and how far the water has to travel, so the number comes from looking at it rather than from a table.
