Seven things we do here, split by which side of the line they sit on.
Water goes out to the yard through sprinkler zones, or it gets pulled away from a yard that is holding too much of it through a trenched line and a basin. Everything else on this page, the sod, the planting, the poured curb, the lawn care and the lawn treatment, is the ground work that goes back on top once the water underneath it is doing what it is supposed to do. Irrigation & sprinkler systems
Installation, repair and servicing. A valve that will not open, heads spraying the fence instead of the lawn, a zone that leaves one corner dry, or extra zones added because the system was never sized for the ground it is now expected to cover. Same-day and after-hours response on a stuck or failed zone is the thing our reviews mention most.

Water pulled away
Drainage & standing water
Underground line, a catch basin, and a pump where the fall will not carry the water on its own. One customer had a pump system dug in for a back yard that held standing water, and it is still running five years later. Another had run-off washing soil onto a neighbour's yard stopped for good, with sod laid back over the finished ground so there was nothing left to reseed.

Sod & turf installation
Supplied and laid by the pallet. It is usually the last step on a drainage or regrade job, so the yard goes back down finished instead of left as bare Georgia clay for you to seed yourself. We have laid an entire back yard of sod in a single visit once the ground underneath it was ready.
