Treatment applied and the yard marked
Treatment goes down across the lawn on its own schedule, separate from mowing or bed work, and the yard gets marked when it is done so there is no guessing about what happened or when. That marker matters more than it sounds like it would - it tells you and anyone else on the property when the lawn was treated and roughly when it is clear to walk on again, rather than leaving that as a question. It is the same kind of straightforward marking you would want on any property where pets, kids or customers are moving across the lawn shortly after.
What gets marked and why
A caution sign goes out on the yard when the lawn is treated. It carries our own name and number on it, so there is never a question about who was on the property or who to call about what went down.

Treatment as part of a maintained lawn
Treatment on its own does not replace the rest of what keeps a lawn consistent through the year - it works alongside ongoing lawn care, not instead of it. A lawn that gets both tends to hold its color and its density through the parts of the year that are hardest on Middle Georgia grass.
When treatment gets scheduled
Timing depends on what the lawn is actually doing when we look at it, not a fixed date on a calendar. We would rather tell you a treatment can wait a few weeks than apply it on schedule for its own sake.
